How to use the Blog Post Widget of The Plus Addons For Elementor
The Blog Post widget comes with different styles and a plethora of customization options using which you can create stylish looking blog posts for your websites.
Search for the Blog Post element from the Elementor screen in the left and then drag and drop it into the content building area. After dropping the element, you will see three tabs i.e. Content, Style, and Advanced related to the Blog Post widget. First, click on the Content tab.
Post Listing Types
Select the preferred Post Listing Types for the blog post. You will get three options here:
1. Normal Page
2. Archive Page
3. Single Page Related Posts
Select your preferred Style for the blog post. You will get four style options here.
1. Style 1
2. Style 2
3. Style 3
4. Style 4
Select your preferred Layout for the blog post.
Select Category for the blog post here. You can either leave the post uncategorized or you can choose from the following categories from the dropdown:
Corona Warrior Stories.
Select Tags for the blog post here. You can either leave the post without tags or you can choose from the following tags from the dropdown:
Select Category you want to exclude from the drop down for the blog post here.
Select the Tags you want to exclude drop the dropdown for the blog post here.
Maximum Posts Display
Select how many posts you want to display Maximum.
Hide posts from the beginning of listing.
Select in what order by which the blog posts will be displayed.
Select the order type of the blog posts either ascending or descending.
Set the column you want to display on desktop devices. You will get six-column styles to choose from:
Set the column you want to display on Tablet devices. You will get six-column styles to choose from:
Set the column you want to display on Mobile devices. You will get six-column styles to choose from:
Columns Gap/Space Between
Select how much Gap will be there in between the Columns.
Set a the Title Tag that you want to be used for your posts.
Enable and set the Title Limit options here. You will get more option once you enable the Title Limit:
Limit On: Set whether you want to add a limit on the Characters or Words.
Title Count: Select the limit for the count here.
Title & Description Word Break
Set the Title & Description Word Break here.
Enable and set the Display Excerpt/Content options here.
Display Image Size
Enable and set the Display Image Size options here.
Display Post Meta
Enable and set the Display Post Meta options here. Once you enable Display post meta, you will see more options as listed:
Post Meta Tag – Select the style for the post meta tags. You will get 3 style options here.
Display Date – Slide to display the date in post meta.
Display Author – Slide to display the author’s name in post meta.
Category Wise Filter
Enable and set the Category Wise Filter options here.
All Filter – Slide to enable All Filter.
Category Filter Style – Select Style for the Category filter. You will get four style options here.
Filter Hover Style – Select Style for the filter hover. You will get four style options here.
More Post Loading Options
You will get multiple More Post Loading Options here. You will get three more options here.
Pagination: You can set the Pagination Typography, Pagination Text color, and Pagination Hover Color here.
Lazy Load: Set the Loading Text, All posts Loaded text, More posts on click/scroll, Loaded All Posts Typography, and Loading Spinner options here.
Load More: Set the Button text, loading text, All posts loaded text, Load more typography, Load More Border, text color and box-shadow options here.
