How to use the Dynamic Listing Widget of The Plus Addons For Elementor

This widget saves you a lot of time by helping you create awesome looking dynamic listings in no time. Let’s understand how to use this widget in the tutorial below.

General Steps

Search for the Dynamic Listing widget from the Elementor screen in the left and then drag and drop it into the content building area.

After dropping the element, you will see three tabs i.e. Content, Style, and Advanced related to this widget. First, click on the Content tab.

Post Listing Types

Select your preferred Audio Player style from the dropdown. We have provided 9 different styles to choose from. Keep switching the styles to see the different design layouts and settle on one.Select your preferred post listing type. We have provided four options to choose from.

Normal Page – Used for selecting custom post types like Blog, Team, Portfolio, etc.
Archive Page – Used for selecting archive pages such as Category, Author, Search archives.
Single Page Related Posts – Used for related posts shown on custom post types.
ACF Repeater – Used for selecting ACF custom repeater fields.
Custom Query – Used for custom query.

Post Type

Select your desired post type based on the selection you made above.

Style

Select your listing style. We have provided with four different styles. Switch the styles to see how they look and settle on one. You can also use Custom Skin. To know more about it, refer to this detailed article.

Layout

Select your listing style. We have provided four different styles. Switch the styles to see how they look and settle on one. You can also use Custom Skin. To know more about it, refer to this detailed article. Select your desired layout for listing. The options provided are:

Grid
Masonry
Metro
Carousel

Content Alignment

Set the alignment of your content in the listing cards.

Style Layout

Select your style layout.

Content Source

Based on the selection of your post listing type, you will see different options here.

Select Category / Taxonomy

Select your category or taxonomy from the ones available in the dropdown.

Select Tags

Select your preferred tags. You can add multiple tags.

Include Posts

Set which posts you want to include by entering the post title.

Exclude Posts

Set your desired posts to exclude by entering the post title.

Maximum Posts Display

Set the maximum number of posts to display per page.

Offset Posts

This option is used to hide posts at the beginning of the listing.

Order By

Order your listings based on date, author, title, random, comment count, etc.

Order your listings based on date, author, title, random, comment count, etc.

Columns Manage

Desktop Column

Set the number of listing columns to be displayed on the desktop.

Tablet Column

Set the number of listing columns to be displayed on the tablet.

Mobile Column

Set the max-width of your Audio Player widget. Click the icon to set different widths for desktop, tablet, and mobile.

Columns Gap / Space Between

Set the space between your columns. We recommend 15-20px.

Title Tag

Select a title tag for your post.

Title Limit

Enable this to limit the title by word or character count.

Limit on

Limit the title by setting the number of words or characters.

Title Count

Set the value for the title count field.

Display Dots

Select this option you want to display dots.

Title and Description Word Break

Set the break and description of your words based on the given options.

Display Excerpt/Content

Enable this to display excerpt content.

Excerpt Content Count

Set the count value of your post excerpt.

Display Image Size

Select your preferred image size from the dropdown.

Display Post Meta

Slide this option to Yes to display Post Meta.

Post Meta Tag

Set the styling for your post meta tag using the dropdown below.

Display Date

Slide this option to display the post date.

Display Author

Slide this option to display the post author.

Category Wise Filter

Slide this option to display the post category filter. After you enable it, you will see more filter customization options. These options are:

All Filter Category Text – Change the custom text of the All Filter default text.
Category Filter Style – Select a style for category filter.
Filter Hover Style – Select a style for category filter hover.
Filter Alignment – Set the alignment of your filter to left, right or center.

More Post Loading Options

Select your preferred post loading option from the dropdown. We have provided you with Pagination, Lazy Load and Load More.

2. Style

The Style tab is used for customizing the look of all the Audio Player widget components such as Song Title, Song Author, Split Text, Control, Tracker, Playlist, and Player Background.

Post Meta Tag

Typography

Set the typography options of your posts here.

Post Meta Color

Set the color options here.

Border Color

Set the border color of the post meta tag here.

Category Posts

Typography

Set the typography options of your posts here.

Category Color

Set the category normal and hover color here.

Category Border

Set the category border normal and hover color here.

You can also set all the other cosmetic options like Background, Box Shadow and Padding here.

Title
