How to use the Post Meta Widget of The Plus Addons For Elementor

The Post Meta widget comes with two different layouts of content. With the styling options, you can create a pleasant-looking layout for your websites.

General Steps

Search for the Post Meta element from the Elementor screen in the left and then drag and drop it into the content building area. After dropping the element, you will see three tabs i.e. Content, Style, and Advanced related to the Post Meta widget. First, click on the Content tab.

Select Layout

The Post Meta widget First step is you can choose one layout out of two from the drop-down menu.

Layout 1

With this option, you can see all content horizontally.

Layout 2

With this option, you can see all content vertically except the date field.

Sortable Content

With this option, You can set the field where you want to set it, such as back and front and you can also add and remove it.

Select Field

With this option, We have given you four options in the field from which you can select one.

Field 1: Date

Set the Post Date here.

Field 2: Category

Set the Post Category here.

2.1: Taxonomies

With this option, We have given you two options in the Taxonomies from which you can select one.

2.1.1: Category

With this option, You can see the category of the post.

2.1.2: Post Tag

With this option, You can see the tag of the post.

2.1.3: Nexter Builder Category

With this option, you can see the category of Nexter Builder here.

Field 3: Author

Set the Post Author here.

Field 4: Comments

Set the Post Comment here.

Box Alignment

Set the Box Alignment here.

Content Alignment

Set the Content Alignment here.

2. Style

The Style tab is used for customizing the look of all the Post Meta widget components such as Meta Info, Separator, Post Date, Post Taxonomies, Post Author, Post Comment, Inner Content Area, and Main Content Area.

Meta Info Style

Set Label Typography, Label color, Value Typography, Value Color and Top Offset for the Meta Info here.

Separator Style

Set Text Field, Size, color, Left Space and Right Space for the Separator here.

Post Date Style

Set Switcher, Prefix Text, Date Icon, Icon Space, Color, and Icon Color for the Post Date here.

Post Taxonomies Style

Set Switcher, Prefix Text, Prefix Icon, Taxonomy Limit, Color, Category Style, Category Space, Margin, Padding, Background, Border, Border Radius, and Box Shadow for the Post Taxonomies here.

Post Author Style

Set Switcher, Prefix Text, Author Icon, Icon Space, Icon Size, Avatar Size, Color, and Icon Color for the Post Author here.

Post Comment Style
